Vaporizer
Air ambient vaporizer
Uses natural air convection as the only heat source to turn cryogenic liquids — LOX, LIN, LAR, LNG and others — into gas. No electricity, steam or fuel.

How it works
The vaporizer consists of a pressure regulating cabinet, a heat exchanger and a liquid level indication and protection system. As cryogenic liquid flows inside the tubes it absorbs heat from the surrounding air by natural convection, giving stable, continuous vaporization without re-liquefaction.
Construction and protection
- Low-temperature aluminium alloy with precision TIG welding and anti-corrosion treatment
- Dual pressure protection: series-installed inlet regulator plus integrated safety relief for overpressure
- Shut-off device with optional remote monitoring
- Skid-mounted configurations available; optional forced hot air system for colder climates or high-demand conditions
Installation
Install outdoors in a well-ventilated area, mounted at least 200 mm above ground level. Because no heating, power supply or enclosed structure is needed, infrastructure and operating cost stay low.
Typical uses
- Industrial gas supply systems
- LNG energy stations
- Medical oxygen supply systems
- Electronics manufacturing
- Petrochemical industries
Performance specifications
| Capacity — LPG | 50–1,000 kg/h |
|---|---|
| Capacity — other gases | 100–10,000 Nm³/h |
| Design pressure | 1.6 MPa |
| Working pressure — LPG | 0.04–0.07 MPa |
| Working pressure — other gases | Engineered to process requirements |
| Heat source | Ambient air only |
