Electric water bath vaporizer
A temperature-controlled vaporization system for continuous gas supply: electrically heated water, stainless steel coils, an integrated gas-liquid separator and multiple safety interlocks.
How it works
- Electric heaters warm the water inside the vessel
- Liquefied gas flows through immersed stainless steel heat exchange coils
- Heat transfer vaporizes and superheats the gas
- The gas-liquid separator removes entrained liquid and heavy components
- The automatic control system holds water temperature
Safety protection
- High/low water temperature alarm interlock
- Low water level protection
- Automatic shut-off of the inlet liquid valve
- Overpressure protection via safety valve
When to choose it
Use it where ambient air vaporizers are not suitable — cold climates or high-demand industrial environments. Performance is not affected by low ambient temperature. Design features: automatic water temperature control, anti-liquid-carryover protection, built-in gas-liquid separator, integrated drainage. Options: explosion-proof control box, wall-mounted electric control panel, independent control cabinet for large-capacity units.
